Effective 1/8/22, the Avoca Municipal Building will be closed to the public until further notice due to the spike of Covid 19 numbers within Luzerne County and in an effort to keep our employees healthy.

To pay your 2022 refuse fee – please mail your payment to Therese Wrubel, 129 Factory Street, Avoca, PA 18641 or you may drop off your payment at her home (at the address above) in the envelope outside of her front door.
